This amazing patient has been part of our dental family for years and she decided that she wanted a smile makeover. After carefully analyzing her case, we decided to correct her wear and improve the color of her teeth by placing porcelain restoration and future implant where she has missing teeth.

Patient came to our office complaining about her two upper and two lower front teeth since they have different material restorations and colors. Patient was also unhappy with the color of her teeth. In order to accomplish patient goals, it was decided to perform whiting and a combination of porcelain crowns and veneers on uppers and lower front teeth.

Patient presents to our office with signs of wear and cracks on anterior teeth due to misaligned teeth, missing teeth ,and years of grinding. Different treatment options were shared with the patient and he decided to proceed with the most comprehensive treatment that would not only treat his bite disease but also improve the appearance of his teeth. We achieve this amazing transformation by combining porcelain crowns, bridges, and veneers.

This patient was upset with fillings that were starting to fail and break. Her smile was designed using a conservative approach by restoring two front porcelain crowns and biomimetic direct restorations in the adjacent teeth.

Patient had severe cavities underneath existing restorations and generalized inflammation and recession. Dr. Hernandez removed the failed restorations, fabricated new porcelain crowns and bridges to replace missing teeth, and improved the overall aesthetics of this case

Patient was concerned with his discolored teeth so in-office whitening was performed and he left the same day with a brighter smile.

This was a young patient that presented to our office with multiple cavities and pain around most of his teeth. This patient presented to our office concerned with the appearance of her teeth since she had staining  from tetracycline (antibiotic) use when she was very young. Porcelain crowns in the upper teeth were designed to hide the discoloration while giving her a more harmonious smile.

Patient presented with an old bridge and cavities around it. She was unhappy with her smile. We replaced her bridge with a beautiful porcelain crowns and whitening was done in the remaining teeth giving her youthful appearance that she loved.
